After receiving the initial brief, we work closely with our clients to refine the design, suggesting alternatives or enhancements where appropriate. Process
Initial discussion
We work with professional partners to help them deliver the perfect bathroom for their clients. You’re welcome to visit our showroom with its huge range of bathrooms, tiles, fixtures and accessories, to get a feel for the premium ranges we showcase and supply. Our showroom is located on Marsh Barton trading estate, Exeter. We are set within easy reach of the A30 and the M5 with ample free parking.
Design process
Most of the partners we work with already have a clear idea of what they want the new bathroom to look and feel like. Often they have a technical specification or a drawing showing the layout, so we can take that and provide you with a quote based on your details. Alternatively, we can create a design and specification on your behalf, using the measurements and brief you give us. We can also offer you our professional opinion to ensure that you and your client get the perfect bathroom. Once you are happy that every detail has been discussed and agreed, you’re ready to place your order.
Placing your order
By opening a trade account with us, we are able to offer you the benefits of professional partnership with us. We will order all the items required for your bathroom and keep you informed of the likely delivery dates of your items. It can take anything from 2-12 weeks to receive all the goods, depending on the products you have chosen.
