Our Process

Initial visit

Our showroom is located on Marsh Barton trading estate, Exeter. We are set within easy reach of the A30 and the M5 with ample free parking. On your initial visit, one of our designers will be happy to give you a showroom tour, or feel free to wonder around uninterrupted.

We recommend taking your time looking around the displays, encouraging you to turn on the taps and showers, lay in the baths and open the drawers and doors to the vanity units and mirror cabinets. To help give you a full sense of the room you’re after.

Design consultation

Book a free consultation with one of our designers, let’s have a coffee and talk through your plans, we will delve into your timeline and budget, and you can present any inspiration that you have for the room. Together we will combine this with our ideas and curate a tailored proposal. Following on from this initial meeting, we can book a time to visit your home, or work from your architects plans to deliver the perfect concept.

You can look forward to your design appointment, where you will be presented with the concept of your room along with being shown the products and samples that are included within the design.

Finalising your bathroom specification

Once your initial design is complete, we guide you through the process of finalising every detail to ensure your new bathroom perfectly suits your needs and style. This stage includes refining the specification, selecting fixtures such as taps and shower heads, and choosing the ideal tiles and finishes to bring your vision to life. Our team will help you weigh up all the options, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget, so you can make confident decisions. With everything agreed, you’ll be ready to place your order and take the next step toward creating your dream bathroom. We can also meet you on site with our designer or bathroom fitters to check the details so that when you have the bathroom installed, everything will go smoothly. 

Placing your order

Once the deposit is paid, we will order all the items required for your bathroom and can draft layouts and elevations then send across the product specification information required.

It can take anything from 2-12 weeks to receive all the goods, depending on the products you have chosen. We will keep you updated throughout this process.

Delivery and aftercare

Once we have everything ready for you, we will let you know. All of our deliveries are made using our own transport on a day that suits yourself. We are here to support you and your installation team throughout the project and beyond.
